You can visit several theme parks in Crete for fun with the whole family. Still, we must admit that the best of them are located in the region of Heraklion, generally near the area of Hersonissos, close to the northern coast of Crete’s capital.
The area close to the coast offers several interesting attractions, including Crete’s CretAquarium and the spectacular Dinosauria Theme Park.
Heading to the mountains, you can also explore the unique Labyrinth Park and, in the same area, Watercity, which is probably the biggest water park in Crete. We visited Watercity last week and enjoyed endless fun with the whole family. So, here are my local mom’s tips to visit Watercity with your kids.
